You may sign up for an auto-renewed subscription order for most skincare products and bundles. Subscriptions are managed and presented by Yotpo application on Shopify and leablack.com.  By using the Website App and Subscriptions feature, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Shopify, Yotpo, and Lea Black Beauty. Subscriptions require an active customer profile with a valid payment method kept on file. Customers can pause, edit, change, switch, and cancel their subscriptions anytime, easily from their customer profile or by contacting hello@leablack.com. Subscriptions are subject to price modifications, product changes, and cancelation as business changes and at the discretion of leablack.com. Customers will be notified by email of any changes we make. Customers who abuse the subscription program may be banned from future subscription orders on the website.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of testimonials or user-generated content (UGC) that may come from customer emails, social media, digital platforms, public comments, public statements, posts, direct messages, and the hashtag #leablackbeauty or @leablackmiami about the Lea Black Beauty® brand. By submitting or using testimonials or UGC related to Lea Black Beauty®, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

1.1. By submitting testimonials or UGC related to Lea Black Beauty®, you grant Lea Black Beauty® and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the testimonials or UGC in any manner and media for marketing, advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes, without further compensation to you.

2. Content Guidelines

2.1. By submitting testimonials or UGC, you agree that the content will be original and not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.

2.2. Testimonials or UGC must not contain any offensive, defamatory, misleading, harmful, or illegal content. Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

3. Ownership

3.1. You acknowledge that Lea Black Beauty® is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Lea Black Beauty® brand, including any derivative works, and all associated intellectual property rights.

3.2. Your submission of testimonials or UGC does not grant you any ownership rights or license in the Lea Black Beauty® brand or its intellectual property.

4. Consent and Release

4.1. By submitting testimonials or UGC, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from any individuals appearing in the content to grant Lea Black Beauty® the rights described in these Terms.

4.2. You agree to release Lea Black Beauty® from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the testimonials or UGC in accordance with these Terms.

5. Indemnification

5.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lea Black Beauty® and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or the use of the testimonials or UGC submitted by you.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1. Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time without notice.

6.2. Lea Black Beauty® may, in its sole discretion, remove or refuse to use any testimonials or UGC that do not comply with these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami, Florida.

By submitting testimonials or UGC related to Lea Black Beauty®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from submitting any testimonials or UGC.

Welcome to the Lea Black Beauty® Loyalty and Rewards Program ("Program") offered by Lea Black Beauty Skincare ("Lea Black Beauty®") and Yotpo on leablack.com. By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Lea Black Beauty® Loyalty and Rewards Program is open to all USA customers who have created an account on leablack.com and/or are residents of countries where the Program is legally available. Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Points Accumulation:

2.1. Customers enrolled in the Loyalty and Rewards Program will earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied).

2.2. Lea Black Beauty® may introduce a tier program that offers additional points for high spenders. The specific points allocation and tier thresholds will be communicated separately to eligible customers.

3. Points Redemption:

3.1. Customers can redeem their accumulated points for discounts towards their purchases on leablack.com. The following redemption options are available:

   a) 100 points for a $10 discount

   b) 200 points for a $20 discount

   c) 300 points for a $30 discount

   d) 500 points for a $50 discount

   e) 1000 points for a $100 discount

3.2. Points redemption is subject to the availability of points in the customer's account and can only be used in increments of the points required for each discount level.

3.3. Points have no actual cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts on leablack.com purchases.

4. Points Expiry:

4.1. Earned points will expire three months after they are earned if there is no profile activity, which includes making purchases or participating in other eligible point-earning activities.

5. Ways to Earn Points:

5.1. Customers can earn points through the following activities:

   a) Creating an Account: Customers will receive 50 points for creating an account on leablack.com.

   b) Points for Purchases: Customers will earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied).

   c) Social Media Follows: Customers can earn 10 points for each social media follow on Instagram (@leablackmiami), Facebook (@leablackmiami), LinkedIn (Lea Black Beauty®), and YouTube (Lea Black Beauty®).

   d) Birthday Reward: Customers will receive 100 points as a birthday reward.

6. Program Abuse and Termination:

6.1. Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Loyalty and Rewards Program or any customer's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

7. Modifications to the Program:

7.1. Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty and Rewards Program or any part of it, including the points structure, redemption options, and ways to earn points, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

8. Privacy and Data Usage:

8.1. By participating in the Loyalty and Rewards Program, customers agree that their personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Lea Black Beauty®'s Privacy Policy.
