How do I sign up?

Signing up for a skincare subscription is the best way to enjoy consistent discounts and convenient auto-deliveries on your go-to Lea Black Beauty® products.

In order to access the program’s perks, you’ll need to create or reactivate a customer profile. If you signed up after October of 2023, you’re good to go! If you have a legacy account from before October of 2023, you’ll need to reactivate your account on our new platform by entering the same email address with a new password. Do not use a new email address.

Reactivate Your Account

The Lea Black Beauty® product subscription program is hosted on the Yotpo Subscriptions platform, which requires that you have an active customer profile with a valid payment method on file. We don’t store your payment information on our website.

You can easily edit, change, switch, cancel, and pause your subscriptions from your customer profile. Access your enhanced customer profile by logging into your account and clicking the icon in the top right corner.

How do I add a product to my subscription?

We make subscribing to your go-to beauty and skincare essentials an easy-breezy process. Simply select the Subscribe & Save option, choose how often you want to get deliveries, and place your order.

How will I know when my next shipment is on the way?

We’ll keep you in the loop! Before your order ships, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order. Make sure your existing profile has been activated on our new website and you are receiving our emails for this feature.

What happens if the price of a product changes?

Besides the convenient deliveries, the best part of being a member of our skincare subscription program is that you lock in the current discounted price. As long as your beauty product subscription is active, your value price won’t change!

How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

You can edit or add to your subscription through your customer profile. For one-on-one assistance updating your subscription, feel free to contact us anytime! If you are an existing customer prior to October of 2023, you must activate your new profile securely the first time in order to log in on our new website. This is a distinct step different from logging in or resetting a password, which must be done securely the first time you access the new profile. You could still be receiving marketing emails without the account being properly activated.

Is there a fee for changing or canceling my subscription?

No, we’ll never charge you for canceling or changing your subscription. It’s flexible and free! And you can do it yourself from your enhanced customer profile.

Are subscription orders eligible for rewards points?

Yes! As one of our loyal VIPs, you’ll also earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Join our rewards program today!

Do all products have the same discount?

When you add a product to your beauty product subscription, the discount will be shown. Value prices vary from product to product, but all of them offer incredible savings! Increase the frequency of your deliveries for even bigger discounts.

  • Be sure to opt in to receive emails that will remind you of upcoming payments and provide shipping updates.
  • Please note that subscriptions are subject to product changes, price modifications, and cancellations at our sole discretion. You’ll be notified by email if any changes occur.

  • Abusing the skincare subscription may result in accounts being banned from future subscription orders.
  • Auto-renew scheduling is the sole responsibility of the customer. Email notifications will be sent in advance to ensure that you’re able to modify your subscription as needed.
  • To prevent multiple subscription IDs and separate orders, add or revise products from the customer profile subscription hub—not the product page.
  • Subscriptions will be canceled after three failed payment attempts.
  • Subscription products are eligible for earning and using rewards points.
  • Because subscription products are heavily discounted already, they’re not eligible for other discounts unless specifically stated as part of a promotion.
