2026 Returns and Adjustment Policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS, AND LOVED BY LEA RETURN POLICY

At Lea Black Beauty®, we always aim to provide the best possible customer experience while continuing to offer high-quality products and service. Please review our current policy below before placing your order.
SKINCARE AND BEAUTY PRODUCT RETURNS
Lea Black Beauty® accepts returns of unopened, unused skincare and beauty products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment or for store credit, less a $12 return shipping and handling fee if the return label is provided by Lea Black Beauty®.
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. If approved, these returns may be issued as a merchandise credit or store credit at our discretion.
Opened or used skincare and beauty products generally cannot be accepted for return because they may be considered contaminated and may be restricted from resale or return under applicable health and safety standards.
If you try a product and it is not right for you, we are happy to review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work toward a reasonable resolution. Please contact customer service at hello@leablack.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, email hello@leablack.com and include your order number in the subject line along with the email address used to place the order. Please include photos and order details when applicable to help us review your request more quickly.
If your return is approved and you would like Lea Black Beauty® to provide a return shipping label, a $12 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit once the return is received and processed.
You may also choose to ship the return back at your own expense. In those cases, if the return is approved, we may issue a refund, merchandise credit, or store credit for the price paid once the package is received and inspected. Contact customer service for return instructions and a packing slip before mailing any item back.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All approved returns must:
- Be authorized by customer service in advance
- Include proof of purchase
- Be returned in new, unused, unopened condition
- Be returned in the original packaging with all original components
- Include any required photo proof of damage or purchase, when requested
Proof of purchase may include:
- Original order confirmation email
- Order number
- Original packing slip
- Digital receipt showing the company name
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Discounted Mystery Items
- Complimentary gifts with purchase
- Discontinued items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Store credits
- Any item otherwise marked final sale
Please note that we cannot ship complimentary promotional items or gifts with purchase that were omitted from an original order or cart due to customer error.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used on the order, less any applicable fees, within approximately five business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.
Where a refund to the original payment method is not available under this policy, Lea Black Beauty® may issue a merchandise credit or store credit instead.
Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lea Black Beauty® is not responsible for lost or stolen digital gift cards or store credits.
If store credits were redeemed on a purchase that is later refunded or canceled, any related adjustments will be handled in accordance with our current store credit terms and policies.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email hello@leablack.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Our customer service team will review the issue and help facilitate a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If Lea Black Beauty® cancels an order for any reason, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund to your original payment method. If applicable, any eligible store credit used on the canceled order will be handled in accordance with our current store credit policy. Customers are responsible for keeping all orders, frequency, cancellations, subscriptions, reoccurring orders, billing, shipping, and account information current and accurate. Unwanted reoccurring orders that are shipped as scheduled according to the agreement will result in a 20% restocking fee if returned. Reminder emails are sent to ALL subscribers days before processing to prevent unwanted orders unless you have unsubscribed from them. In this case it prevents Lea Black Beauty® from communicating the email reminders and the customer will not be able to return unwanted reoccurring orders and may be prevented from using the subscription service in the future.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the return was caused by our error.
If Lea Black Beauty® provides the return shipping label at the customer’s request, a $12 return shipping and handling fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the United States related to the return.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders begin production immediately and are made to your specifications. Custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Please contact customer service for additional details before ordering.
MINIMUM QUANTITY PURCHASES
If you return an item that was purchased as part of a minimum-quantity requirement, you are not required to return the full minimum quantity. However, your pricing, discount, or refund amount may be adjusted based on the terms of the original promotion or offer.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to review eligible price adjustment requests when the price of the exact same item is reduced within 7 days of your purchase date.
To qualify for a price adjustment:
- The item must be the exact same item
- The item must be in stock at the reduced price
- You must provide valid proof of purchase
- Only one price adjustment may be issued per item
Approved price adjustments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Price adjustments do not apply to:
- Free shipping offers
- Gift with purchase offers or similar incentive promotions
- Store credits or discounts already applied to an order
- Select sale items
- Affiliate partner promotions
- Special bundles
- Other excluded promotional offers as stated at the time of sale

LOVED BY LEA RETURNS POLICY
Handbags and Jewelry
All handbag and jewelry sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Clothing and Shoes
Please try on clothing and shoes as soon as they arrive.
Fit-related returns may be considered only if you email hello@leablack.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp shown in our system. If the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours of that delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, with safe and appropriate packaging. All items are digitally documented before shipment. Any signs of wear, alterations, damage, or missing components after delivery may result in the return being refused.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from any approved refund to cover shipping and handling expenses incurred.
