Shipping and Tracking Policy

Domestic Shipping
Lea Black Enterprises® and Lea Black Beauty® Skincare ship most domestic orders within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS), typically via USPS Priority Mail or another carrier service selected at our discretion.
Free Domestic Shipping
Free shipping promotions apply only to orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold displayed on the website at the time of purchase, after discounts and before taxes and additional fees. Shipping thresholds, carrier services, and promotional requirements are subject to change without notice. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders with a merchandise subtotal under $65 USD are charged a $12 flat-rate shipping and handling fee at checkout, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or offer.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
International orders placed by phone are subject to current currency conversion rates at the time of purchase, as well as applicable shipping charges and fees.
CBD Products
As of July 2021, we are unable to ship CBD products to Canada. For additional information, please refer to Health Canada guidelines.
Certain CBD skincare and beauty products may also be restricted from shipment to other international destinations based on local laws and regulations. For assistance, please contact customer service at hello@leablack.com.
International Shipping Assistance
If you need help arranging an international order, please contact hello@leablack.com. International shipping costs will be determined based on destination, package dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and customs requirements.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders placed on LEABLACK.COM are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.
Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order or customer account.
Please note that if you have unsubscribed from our email communications, you may not receive order updates, shipping notifications, or tracking emails. To ensure you receive these important messages, please confirm that your email preferences are enabled in your customer account.
Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, although we reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier or service without prior notice.
USPS Tracking and Reshipment Policy
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing and tracking updates are outside our control.
We are unable to reship an order if the package has been scanned within the last 48 hours and tracking shows that it is still moving through the USPS network.
If a package shows no tracking movement or scan activity for five or more business days, we will review the shipment and, if appropriate, reship the order at no additional charge.
