We are excited to welcome you to the new Lea Black Beauty® Subscriptions Program, now powered by Recharge.
Our new subscription experience is designed to make reordering your favorite skincare easier, more flexible, and more rewarding. With the new customer self-service portal, you can manage eligible subscriptions, update your delivery schedule, and stay in control of your routine with greater convenience.

A Better Customer Experience
Our new subscription platform is designed to give you more control over your orders and a simpler account experience. Eligible customers can manage subscriptions directly from their Lea Black Beauty® customer portal.
Depending on the product and your account status, you may be able to:
- Update your next order date
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip or reschedule an upcoming order
- Update payment and shipping details
- Cancel before your next order is processed
Important Notes
Subscription discounts and store credit eligibility apply only to qualifying products and orders. Some exclusions may apply. Please review our full Subscription Terms & Conditions and Store Credit Program Terms below for complete details.
You are responsible for keeping your billing, shipping, and account information current and accurate. Unwanted reoccurring orders that are shipped as scheduled according to the agreement will result in a 20% restocking fee if returned. Reminder emails are sent to ALL subscribers unless you have unsubscribed from them. In this case it prevents Lea Black Beauty® from communicating the email reminders and the customer will not be able to return unwanted reoccurring orders and may be prevented from using the subscription service in the future.

Lea Black Beauty® Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the Lea Black Beauty® Subscription Program, operated by Lea Black Enterprises, LLC through our website, leablack.com, and powered by our subscription platform provider, Recharge.
By enrolling in a subscription for an eligible product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Enrollment
When you subscribe to an eligible product on leablack.com, you authorize Lea Black Beauty® to automatically charge your selected payment method at the delivery frequency you choose at checkout, unless and until your subscription is canceled.
Subscription availability, pricing, frequency options, and product eligibility may vary by item and may change from time to time.
2. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew on the schedule you selected, and you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the applicable product price, shipping charges, taxes, and any other disclosed charges associated with your subscription order.
Your subscription remains active until you cancel it or until it is otherwise suspended, discontinued, or terminated under these Terms.
3. Managing Your Subscription
Manage your subscriptions in the Customer Portal.
All communications and reminders are sent through emails.
You are responsible for subscribing to our emails for reminders and keeping your order frequency, cancellations, renewals, swaps, billing, shipping, and account information current and accurate. Reminder emails are sent to ALL subscribers several days before shipping to prevent unwanted orders and charges unless you have unsubscribed from emails on our site. In this case it prevents Lea Black Beauty® from communicating the email reminders to prevent unwanted orders and charges. If this happens the customer will not be able to return unwanted recurring orders already processed and shipped. Said customer may be prevented from using the subscription service in the future to keep the program sustainable.
You may manage eligible subscription settings through your Lea Black Beauty® customer portal account profile and subscription portal, or by contacting hello@leablack.com during business hours.
Depending on the product, order timing, and system functionality, you may be able to:
- change your delivery frequency
- update your next order date
- skip a shipment
- update your shipping address
- update your payment method
- cancel an upcoming renewal before it is processed
Once an order has been processed or assigned tracking, changes may no longer be possible.
4. Billing and Payment Authorization
You are responsible for keeping your billing, shipping, and account information current and accurate. Unwanted reoccurring orders that are shipped as scheduled according to the agreement will result in a 20% restocking fee if returned. Reminder emails are sent to ALL subscribers unless you have unsubscribed from them. In this case it prevents Lea Black Beauty® from communicating the email reminders and the customer will not be able to return unwanted reoccurring orders and may be prevented from using the subscription service in the future.
If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise fails, we may attempt to process the charge again, notify you to update your payment information by email, delay shipment, suspend the subscription, or cancel the subscription.
5. Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is shown on the applicable product page or bundle page at the time of enrollment. Recurring orders (subscriptions) will only be discounted at the normal 30% off pricing at a maximum. This excludes any 2% Back credits to be applied. Customers must turn on the apply credits to next order feature in the customer portal to use credits without the need to manually apply them.
Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to change subscription pricing, shipping fees, product eligibility, discount levels, and program benefits at any time, subject to applicable law. Any material pricing changes will be reflected before your next renewal order is processed.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Subscription pricing and subscription-related offers may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, sitewide sales, gift offers, or special offers unless specifically stated in the terms of that promotion.
Store credits may be redeemable on qualifying subscription orders where permitted, but exclusions may apply.
7. Shipping
Subscription orders that subtotal over $65 after discounts and before tax qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
Orders under that threshold are subject to the applicable shipping charge shown at checkout.
If you maintain multiple subscriptions with different renewal dates, products, or processing schedules, those orders may ship separately and may be charged shipping separately if they do not independently meet the free shipping threshold.
8. Product Availability
All subscriptions are subject to product availability.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, Lea Black Beauty® may delay, skip, cancel, or remove that product from your subscription. We are not required to provide a substitute item.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal order is processed by using your customer portal or by contacting hello@leablack.com.
Cancellation requests submitted after processing begins may apply to future renewals rather than the pending order.
10. Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are also subject to the current Lea Black Beauty® Return Policy posted on leablack.com.
If an order is refunded, canceled, returned, reversed, or charged back, any subscription-related credits, discounts, or benefits associated with that order may be adjusted or revoked.
11. Right to Suspend or Terminate
Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to refuse, pause, suspend, modify, or terminate any subscription or customer participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including product availability, suspected misuse, payment failure, policy abuse, operational issues, legal compliance, or other business reasons.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on leablack.com and will apply from the stated effective date. Your continued participation in the subscription program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
