Home, Skincare & Beauty Products Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns minus any shipping fees or exchanges of all Lea Black Beauty Skincare & Lea Black Home Apothecary products purchased from leablack.com in their original brand new condition. New condition means unused, intact, with all tags and packaging attached within 14 days of the ship date. We cannot accept returns of skincare or beauty products that have been opened, tried, used, or have a product seal broken. No returns/ final sales on home scents, books, handbags, or jewelry purchases. If you have tried a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact our customer service by email or phone with your order number for a case-by-case resolution.

To Return or Exchange:
An authorization is required to return or exchange an order. Items shipped back to leablack.com that don’t meet our Return Policy may be rejected or be subject to a restocking fee. For authorization, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your original order number with the email address and name associated with the customer profile or leablack.com order.
If you have additional return-related inquires, please email customer service at email@example.com.
Please allow 5-7 business days processing time after receiving your returned item and process a refund. We will only issue a credit against the original payment method used to purchase or provide a store credit to leablack.com when applicable. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding any shipping fees paid.
You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to leablack.com. Returns MUST have a tracking number. You will be charged for return shipping fees in addition to any applicable restocking fees if you refuse delivery of an order.
