Lea Black Beauty® 30-Day Return Policy

At Lea Black Beauty®, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased directly from leablack.com.

1.2. Only products that are in their original condition, unused, and unopened will be accepted for returns.


2. Initiation of Return:

2.1. To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at hello@leablack.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2.2. You must provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, if necessary.

3. Return Shipping:

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.


4. Return Process:

4.1. After contacting our customer service team and receiving return authorization, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4.2. The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4.3. Please include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip with the return shipment.

 

5. Inspection and Refund:

5.1. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

5.2. If the returned product satisfies the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method within seven business days.

5.3. Refunds will include the purchase price of the product and applicable taxes but will not include the original shipping costs.

6. Exclusions:

6.1. The following items are not eligible for return:

   a) Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

   b) Gift cards or promotional items.

6.2. Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with our return policy.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:

7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.7.2. If you have any undesirable effects after using the products, stop using them and contact us for a refund or replacement. 


8. Change of Mind:

8.1. Lea Black Beauty® does not accept returns based on a change of mind or preference.
